Attention to 1B, 1AH, 2/3O, 2M

We have been having fun in the library while revising how to use our library.  Your child has been helping us create a presentation using an online tool called photopeach.

The students took the photos, selected which ones to use, (some were out of focus or too far away or had fingers across the lens) and they arranged the photos in what they thought was the best sequence.  The students also decided on the captions to go with each photo and they chose the music.

If you choose to do so just leave a comment (and we would love you to).  Sign it using your first name or indicating your relationship with the child (eg Sara or Liam's mum).  No surnames please.

Attention 4P

In the library time the students in 4P are involved in an Around the World Postcard Project.

In this project we will be learning how to write a postcard as well as sending and receiving them from school students around the world.

It will be an exciting way to find out about other places in Australia and connect with students in other countries and learn about their location, climate, animals, plants and culture.

To assist with this project could you please help you child purchase one or two postcards depicting Australia or Coffs Harbour.  Postcards showing our unique animals or scenes showing our beautiful beaches and rainforests would be appropriate.  It would also be greatly appreciated (but not essential) if you could also send $1 or $2 towards postage.
